THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS WHEN CONSIDERING LABOUR OUTSOURCING AND PAYROLL
ADMINISTRATION:
Option 1
We will charge you a flat rate per hour, per worker. This rate will include all
statutory benefits as per your council agreements, or, if that is not
applicable to your basic conditions of employment as per L.R.A. It will also
include our administration fee, but will exclude VAT and overtime.
Option 2
We will run your payroll, pay over all your statutory payments. We will charge
you a percenatage based fee, calculated on your gross payroll amount. This
percentage could be anything from 3% - 10%, depending on your payroll amount
and the industry you are working in. Your geographical position could also
influence the percentage.
